Product Weight Mistakes do happen, but VERY rarely. If you want a resend on an item we "did not send" you need you create an unboxing video.
It is recommended before EVERY ORDER you open it with a camera on your phone rolling. No exceptions will be made.
In this video I ask that you show the shipping label for 5-10 seconds so we can see that its the same package we just sent, then open it while recording and put the contents of the package in front of the box.
Videos that fail to follow this protocol will not be sufficient for a resend.
