Black Chia seeds

Black Chia seeds were fresh and since I added to my smoothies the added protein was great, Chia seeds have a massive amount of nutrients with very few calories. They are loaded with antioxidants, Fiber, Protein and Omega-3 fatty acids. They may lower your risk of heart disease and help you lose weight. They have many bone nutrients and could reduce blood sugar levels. They also help reduce chronic inflammation. Chia seeds are not only rich in nutrients, omega-3 fat, antioxidants and fiber but also easy to prepare. People commonly add them to their porridge or smoothies. If you don’t eat chia seeds already, you should definitely consider adding them to your diet. They’re among the few superfoods. I liked that the packaging was resealable and packed tightly so I got my money's worth.
